Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need any modifications, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.
What happens if I haven’t received the confirmation email?
The confirmation email may sometimes be directed to your spam or junk folder. Please check there first.
If you still cannot find it, please contact us at online@adlibfashion.com. To help us locate your order, please provide your phone number, shipping address, and purchase date.
Can I exchange an online order in a physical store?
Please send your exchange request to online@adlibfashion.com before visiting our physical store. All exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
Please contact us at online@adlibfashion.com and provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s). Please also keep the faulty item(s) along with the original packaging.
Can I use more than one discount code?
No. Only one discount code is allowed per order. Please enter the discount code during checkout before completing the payment.
Can I use the ad-lib physical store VIP discount on this online shop?
No. Our online shop and physical stores operate separately. VIP discounts and other in-store promotions do not apply to this online shop. Online customers can join the ad-lib rewards program to earn ad-points for future purchases.
