HONG KONG / MACAU / TAIWAN / CHINA SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping with purchases over HK$500 to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and China. For orders below HK$500, a shipping fee of HK$40 will be charged. All orders will be processed and delivered by SF Express in 3-5 working days (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are excluded).
*Hong Kong customers can choose in-store pickup in any of our physical stores in Hong Kong. Orders will be ready within 7 working days upon order confirmation (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are excluded). An email notification will be sent once the order is ready for pickup. Please note that the order cannot be picked up before receiving our notification.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customers can choose their preferred courier at checkout, with delivery typically within 10-17 working days (subject to destination). Delays due to customs may occur.
Shipping fees are calculated dynamically by destination and selected courier, and will be shown at checkout.
SHIPPING STATUS
You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped with the tracking number of your parcel. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order once it has been dispatched. If any assistance is needed, please contact us at online@adlibfashion.com.
LOST / RETURN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address given by the customer or unclaimed packages during order processing.
INFORMATION CHANGES
Please make sure your order and shipping information is correct. If you would like to change any information of your order (contact, shipping address, or item purchased), please contact us at online@adlibfashion.com as soon as possible. Once the parcel has been shipped, any changes to the shipping information are subject to the extra fee charged by the couriers.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. You may also be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for any customs clearance charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information. The transaction may be cancelled if you refuse to pay the customs clearance charges, and a full refund will be issued in this case.
